Coatings Dry Film Lubricant is used on internal engine components
where friction occurs. Reducing friction in these areas not only reduces
heat and extends part life, but it also frees up horsepower. When used
in conjunction with our piston dome coating, a 3%-10% gain in power,
torque and fuel efficiency is achieved. This coating is phenomenally
hard, able to withstand 350,000psi of impact, and heat resistant to
4500 F.

Uses for Dry Film Lubricant include:
Pistons: Impregnation of the skirts and ring area to reduce friction,
reduce piston scuffing, piston rock and other friction induced problems.
|
Bearings: When impregnated
with Dry Film Lubricant (NO dimensional change)
bearing life is substantially improved, friction is reduced
and horsepower is freed up.
|
Valves: Impregnation of the
valve stems/seats greatly reduces stem and seat angle wear.
|
Turbocharger Impellers: Life
of the impeller is extended due to the Dry Film Lubricants 4500 F heat
resistance.
|
Oil Pumps and Passages: Lubricating
the oil passages as well as oil pump gears and plates will provide increased
oil volumes.
|
Cam, Lifters and Pushrods:
Coating these components with Dry Film Lubricant will reduce wear and
friction resulting in more consistent valve timing.
|
Transmission and Differential:
Dry Film Lubricant is used to increase gear life and drop fluid temperatures
by 40 degrees. This reduces backlash, gear cracking and shock loading.
